This website is run by If Collective, Lda (“!F”, “we”), Praceta João Villaret 2, 2825-446 Costa de Caparica, Portugal. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

Only what you give us. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. If you join the !F School waiting list, we collect your name, email address and country and, if you choose to give them, a professional link and a few words about you. If you write to us, we keep your message and your contact details. We do not ask for anything else.

Newsletter: to send you !F news, projects and invitations. School waiting list: to tell you when !F School opens and how to apply. Emails you send us: to answer you. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you subscribe or join the list. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it. For emails you send us, our legitimate interest in replying.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we delete your email address, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the newsletter and waiting-list contacts and sends our emails, and Cloudflare, which hosts this website. They act on our instructions and bound by data-processing terms. Some of them may process data outside the European Union; when that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a few small preferences in your browser (for example, the anonymous animal you appear as and the colour theme you pick), which never leave your device. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

The launch film on the home page is hosted on YouTube, and some project pages show films from YouTube or Facebook too. Nothing loads from YouTube or Facebook until you press play. YouTube films play through its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Their own privacy policies apply to that playback.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

If we change this policy, we will update the date below and, if the change is significant, tell subscribers by email.
